Happykid, being the most trusted brand in kids care segment, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased online, the following are the details of return policy agreed by the company.
You have 24 hours to return an item from the date of receiving it with due intimation. The item must be dispatched in the original packing box within 24 hours. If the item is not returned within the time frame mentioned, Happykid will reject the claim without assigning any other reason. Please note that if an incorrect product(s) is handed over by you to our courier service partner, Happykid shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise. This decision will be final.
The refund process will be initiated only after we have received the product back in our warehouse and have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The status of the refund will be intimated to you immediately after inspecting the item. If the item is untampered and kept in original condition the refundable amount will be conveyed.
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the account using which the initial payment has been made, within 10 -15 working days in normal circumstances.
If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. Happykid will not validate a bank account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges of returned goods.
The decision taken by Happykid management will be final and under the jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram.
